Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist.  There’s a bunch of details in this one that you just HAVE to see — his right arm is automail, his hair has the braid and the cowlick, and there’s a sweet state alchemist’s logo on the back of his hoodie.  …and you can see the pin in the back of his head that we used to prop him up for the photo (oops).
